No-Fuss Ribs

When we're at the beach, I like to make great tasting meals but try my best to minimize the work. After all, being here is about fun in the sun. These No-Fuss Ribs fit the bill. They are seasoned with an incredibly flavorful rub and cooked low and slow on the grill. These deliciously tender racks pretty much prepare themselves, which makes them the perfect meal. The flavor is so lip-smacking that this will become an ideal go-to meal this summer for us.

Ingredients for No-Fuss Ribs:

2 racks St. Louis Ribs

4 teaspoons garlic powder

4 teaspoons onion powder

3 teaspoons smoked paprika

3 tablespoons light brown sugar

3 teaspoons chili powder

2 teaspoons black pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 teaspoon hot paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Time-Saving Tip: Combine the spices earlier in the day.

Let's see what we need.

We're ready to cook.

Mix the spices.

Place the ribs on a foil-lined sheet pan. Rub both sides of the racks with the spices making sure to distribute them evenly.

Cover the pan with foil and place it on a grill. Close the lid and cook at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Transfer the ribs directly to the grill and cook ten minutes per side to crisp.

They're ready! No-Fuss Ribs are so easy to prepare and incredibly delicious. My family loved them, and they have quickly become a new favorite around here.

Enjoy!
