No Fuss Boneless Chuck Ribs

No Fuss Boneless Chuck Ribs are crazy easy and crazy good. The meat is highly seasoned and slowly oven braised in it's own juices. This dish is mainly hands off while you get to benefit from the yummy smell coming from your oven. This entree can be easily doubled or tripled for company. Your guests will love you.

Ingredients for No Fuss Boneless Chuck Ribs:

3-4 servings

2 1/2-3 pounds boneless chuck ribs

1 teaspoon Kosher salt

3/4 teaspoon black pepper

3/4 teaspoon onion powder

3/4 teaspoon garlic powder

3/4 teaspoon paprika

3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Time-Saving Tip: The dry rub can be made in advance.

Here's another tip...COSTCO sells these ribs in big packages.

Let's see what we need.

Now let's cook.

Preheat the oven to 300-degrees. Combine the salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, smoked paprika, and thyme. Set aside.

I like to cut each piece of meat in half. Once cut place in a bowl.

Sprinkle the spice mixture onto the meat. Thoroughly coat the meat all over. I like to wear gloves for this task so my hands don't smell for days. Click HERE to learn more about the gloves.

Place the meat in a glass baking dish and cover with foil. Put them in the oven and bake until tender. This can take up to 2 1/2 hours depending on the thickness of the meat. Start testing at about an 1 1/2 hours. If a fork goes in and out of the meat easily it is ready. If they're not ready yet you can turn them over and cover again. You will be surprised how much liquid surfaces after cooking.

It's ready! These ribs are so easy and delicious. They shrink a lot so make more than you think you will need. Just looking at the picture I want to make them again. I served them with Sweet and White Potato Mash. The combination was perfect. Click HERE for the recipe.

Enjoy!
