I try to prepare fish as often as I can as simple as possible. But that doesn't mean that I skimp on flavor. This Miso Glazed Cod takes minutes to prepare and is bursting with flavor. With just a few ingredients, you will be amazed that this humble fish becomes restaurant-quality dining before your eyes. I combine miso, mirin, ginger, and sesame oil for a flavorful glaze. After a few minutes of broiling, dinner was ready. It was delicious.
