These days I find myself adding Miso to everything. I love it's slightly salty-tangy flavor and how it can change the ordinary into extraordinary. Luckily, my family loves it too and is all too happy to find it popping up into so many dishes. Most recently, I decided to add t to veggies and created Miso Butter String Beans. I blanched fresh beans and then quickly sauteed them with a few spoons of homemade miso butter. They were deliciously easy to prepare and added the Miso added excellent flavor to this veggie. Meatless Mondays never looked so good.
