Maple Pecan Butter

Updated: Oct 5, 2021

There is nothing better than a stack of pancakes draped in butter, popcorn drizzled with it, or steaks topped with it. However, you love it; you are not alone. So in keeping with the spirit of the fall season, I created Maple Pecan Butter. I combined softened butter with pure maple syrup and chopped pecans, and we have been devouring it ever since. It takes minutes to prepare and is so delicious. Go on, give it a try, and you will be so happy that you did.

Ingredients for Maple Pecan Butter:

8 ounces unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1 1/2 ounces chopped pecans

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

a pinch of fine sea salt

Time-Saving Tip: Prepare the butter up to a week in advance.

Let's see what we need.

We're ready to cook!

Add the ingredient to a bowl and beat until smooth.

If you are not using the butter right away and would like to freeze it, it's best to wrap it up well in plastic wrap. I want to place a piece of plastic wrap on the counter. Then I put the butter on top in a log. While wrapping it up, I used plastic wrap to guide and shape the butter into a log. This log makes it easier to cut off pieces.

It's ready! Maple Pecan Butter is luscious and perfect for spreading on almost everything. After one bite, you will be hooked.

Enjoy!
