Mango Guacamole


It's Friday night, the air is warming up with the promise of summer, and you're craving a nibble to complement your cocktail. Enter Mango Guacamole, a flavor sensation that takes your taste buds to paradise. With the creamy richness of avocado perfectly balanced by the sweet tropical notes of ripe mangoes, it's a match made in culinary heaven. Once you dip into this irresistible blend, you'll be hooked! Ingredients for Mango Guacamole:


3 Avocados halved and pit removed

1 mango, diced

3 tablespoons red onion, finely diced

1-2 jalapenos, finely diced

3 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

kosher salt

Serve with tortilla chips


Time-Saving Tip: Have all of the ingredients, except for the avocados, prepped in advance.

Add the avocados to a bowl; sprinkle with 3/4 teaspoon of salt. I like to use the back of a fork to mash the avocado against the bowl.


When it is chunky, add the pepper, onion, and cilantro; stir. Now fold in the mango and lime juice. Then, stir and taste it; add more salt and lime juice as needed.


It's ready! Mango Guacamole comes together quickly and is the perfect dip to start the weekend. The addition of mango makes this guacamole special.
