When it comes to special dinners, steaks are on the top of the list. I love mine with lots of garlic and rosemary. These Grilled Sirloin Steaks with Rosemary and Garlic are loaded with flavor and cook so quickly. Simply seasoned and totally delicious. These are perfect for a small barbecue or a quiet Saturday night dinner.
Ingredients for Grilled Sirloin Steaks with Rosemary and Garlic:
3-4 Sirloin Steaks
8 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
5 tablespoons olive oil
kosher salt
black pepper
Time-Saving Tip: Process the garlic, rosemary, and oil a few hours in advance of marinating the steaks.
Let's see what we need.
We're ready to cook.
I like to process the garlic, rosemary, and oil in a mini food processor until chunky. You can do this by hand, but I like how the garlic and oil blend when processed.
Rub the garlic mixture on both sides of the steaks. Cover and marinate 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
Remove from the refrigerator and season both sides of the meat with salt and pepper.
Let the steak rest for about 30 minutes. Transfer to a preheated grill. Cook until grill marks appear and turn over. Continue cooking until the desired doneness. If you touch the steak, the softer it is, the less cooked it is. Remove the meat from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. The steaks will continue cooking when removing from the heat.
They're ready! Grilled Sirloin Steaks with Rosemary and Garlic are delicious and are so easy to prepare. All you need is a salad and dinner is served.
Enjoy!
