Happy St. Patrick's Day! Let's face it; it's hard to resist eating green food today. So I'm starting my day off right with my deliciously -healthy Green Eggs and Ham. I combined egg whites and a few spoonfuls of my Healthy Green Food Coloring for the perfect shade of green. And thanks to my new Gravity Electric Salt and Pepper Grinder set I received from @flafsterkitchen; they were perfectly seasoned. These Automatic salt and pepper shakers are awesome to use since the White LED Light brightens things up, I can adjust the coarseness to my liking, and the containers are big, so I don't have to stop cooking to refill them.
My friends @flafsterkitchen have the best customer service and offer a 10%discount to my followers with code: CRANBE10 (all caps) from March 17 to December 31st, 2021. Coat a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Add the ham or as I have Irish loin Pork Back. Gently heat turning once.
Whisk a half cup of whites in a bowl until foamy. Add 2-3 teaspoons of the green food coloring and whisk a bit more. The whites can still have a little liquid in the bottom of the bowl.
Coat the pan with more spray and add the egg whites. Cook over low-medium heat folding with a spatula. Once they appear cooked, they are ready.
