Easy Roast Pork Tenderloin

I love those meals that are simple enough for a weeknight meal yet equally special for Sunday dinner. Easy Roast Pork Tenderloin is ideal for both these occasions. I season lean pork with pantry spices, seared, and then finished off in the oven. The meat is tender, delicious, and a snap to prepare. I like to serve this with some roasted potatoes and a salad.


Ingredients for Easy Roast Pork Tenderloin:


2 pork tenderloins, about 1.25 pounds each

4 tablespoons grapeseed oil

1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Time-Saving Tip: Prepare the rub in advance.

Combine the spices.


Trim the meat and coat with the spice mixture.


Heat the oil in an ovenproof pan. Sear the meat on all sides and then transfer to a preheated 400-degree oven.



Roast until an instant-read thermometer reads 136-138 degrees. Let rest ten minutes before cutting.
