It's so good and everyone loves it. I combine a can of fire-roasted tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, a squirt of lime juice, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro. Not only does it come together quickly it is so delicious you'll be making it again and again.
Ingredients for Easy Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa:
1 14.5-ounce can diced fire roasted tomatoes
1/2 cup diced white onion
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
4 cloved garlic, coarsely chopped
1-2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons lime juice
kosher salt
Time-Saving Tip: Prepare the salsa a few hours in advance.
