I love these Easy Baked Thin Chicken Breasts, and they are seasoned and baked to juicy perfection. They are great for dinner with a salad and some veggies, and the leftovers are fantastic in sandwiches, salads, and even fajitas.
Ingredients for Easy Baked Thin Chicken Breasts:
2 pounds thinly sliced chicken breast, I used Bell & Evans
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Time-Saving Tip: Measure out the spices out and to save time measuring later.

Toss the chicken with the spices, lemon juices, and olive oil and let rest 15 minutes.
