If you're a pizza lover like me but are short on time to make dough from scratch, I've got just the solution for you – the Easiest Flatbread Pizza. This quick and delicious snack is perfect for game day or occasion when you're craving cheesy goodness.

This quick and delectable pizza creation begins with readily available store-bought flatbread. I top it with pre-made sauce and generously sprinkle it with shredded mozzarella cheese. The result? It's a speedy and scrumptious pizza that hits the spot every time. It's the perfect snack for game day or any occasion when you want to satisfy your pizza cravings without the fuss.

Ingredients for Easiest Flatbread Pizza:

1 Pizza Style Flatbread, any shape will do

olive oil

6 tablespoons prepared pizza sauce

3/4 cup shredded mozzarella

Time-Saving Tip: Have all of the ingredients ready to go.

Let's see what we need.

We're ready to cook.

Lightly brush one side of the flatbread with olive oil. Spread the sauce on top and sprinkle with the cheese. Transfer the pizza to a preheated 450-degree oven. If your oven is clean, with the help of the peel, feel free to place the pizza directly on the rack or back it on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Once the cheese is melted and gooey, it's ready. Since the bread is already cooked, this only takes a few minutes.

Oven ready! Full disclosure...I did not bake the pizza with the fresh basil, but it brightened up the picture.

It's ready! Easiest Flatbread Pizza is a snap to prepare and delicious. Have fun and customize the pizza with your favorite toppings.

Enjoy!
