I love to make quick, easy, and delicious snacks. And these Air Fryer Chick Peas are perfect. These chickpeas are so delicious that they are always great on their own or even mixed in salads. With just a few ingredients, I can enjoy the ideal nibbles while watching tv, working, or just having some me time.
Ingredients for AirFryer Chick Peas:
1 - 15 ounce can chick peas, rinsed, drained, and dried
1 tablespoon olive oil
3-4 sprigs rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped chives
zest of 1 lemon
fine sea salt
black pepper
Time-Saving Tip: Rinse and dry the peas earlier in the day.

Gently toss the chick peas with the oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a preheated 400-degree air fryer. Cook for 12 minutes.
Give the peas a stir and add the rosemary. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until crisp.
Transfer the cooked chick peas to a bowl and add the chives and zest; taste for seasoning.
